⚓️ Is it time to step back and enjoy running your business?
Hi Reader, I hope you got so many cha-chings last week! If your Black Friday & Cyber Monday didn't go as well as you'd hoped, we're here to get your site in shape for next year. Just email me back if you'd like me to take a look at your site and let you know what I'd recommend. I'm already thinking about January over here. That's because we're booking projects in that month, and also because we take the last two weeks of the year off. So I'm already in that 2024 mindset. I hear from too many shop owners that are just completely frazzled and burnt out. I think if I felt that way about my business all the time, I'd quit and go figure out how to be an employee again. It's just not worth being your own boss if you're not treating yourself well as an employee. So here's hoping that you can ease up a bit and find a way to really enjoy running your shop next year. With that in mind, we have a recent blog post that may be a good start on that new year's resolution: Top CEO Tips for Creative Shop OwnersIn this blog post, we're exploring how to shift into CEO mode, define your ideal role and delegate the rest.
