Q: I have a designer on my team who does our packaging, social media, etc. Does it make sense to hire a designer when I already have one?

A: We love it when you have a designer! This usually means that you have a lot of great graphic design assets to work with, and you have someone who will be able to keep things updated after we launch the new site.

There is a wealth of knowledge required for ecommerce web design. Our team not only includes experienced web designers, but we also have a full-time Ecommerce Strategist who regularly researches the ever-changing best practices that go into selling products online. We invest in the type of education that we wouldn’t expect you to have.

Another benefit is that our team works collaboratively throughout the process. So, rather than designing something in a void to pass on to a developer, we have strategy meetings with the whole team, UX reviews throughout, and our designers always have someone with deep knowledge to ask questions of.
