I'm still settling into 2025 over here and excited to share something with you. I've scheduled a quarterly webinar just for those of you on our newsletter list! For the first one, on February 12th, I'm dusting off one of my old favorite topics (getting more traffic and sales on your site) and giving it a new spin.

It needed a new spin because I see shop owners at all stages of business doing the wrong thing based on where they’re at. I don't usually think there is a lot of "right" or "wrong" in general because every business is different. But I find myself getting stressed when I see people wasting their very limited and valuable time on things that just don't make sense for how much traffic they're getting.

Tiny businesses are asking me about what apps to use when they should focus on building a customer base. Business owners in the middle stages of growth are trying to do everything themselves and getting spread thin over too much to do. And I see established businesses not taking their ecommerce seriously, either thinking it’s “good enough,” copying their competitors, or trying unproven ideas without verifying that they’re increasing sales.

This new presentation will help you decide what to focus on depending on your stage in business, show you how to notice when you’ve grown to a place that requires a new strategy, and you will leave with new ways to think smarter about growing an ecommerce business.
