Melissa first came to us for a custom Shopify Plus website back in 2019 and we have been providing support and ongoing Shopify optimization ever since. We continue to implement improvements to her website based on customer feedback and data trends that we diligently monitor. In addition to improving the user experience, we've worked on projects with a strong return on investment. For instance, we set up intelligent upsells and cross-sells on her site, and now 12.4% of her revenue comes from these new features.
