⚓️ Your year end website health check

Hi Reader,

I hope the Black Friday/Cyber Monday flurry went well for you and your shop! I'm about to start slowing down and wrapping things up at work as the year ends, but I have a last offer for you, and it's a freebie.

I'd love to do a year-end website health check for you. Could I learn more about where your business is at and figure out a stats-based direction for your online shop?

If you'd find this useful, here is what I'd need to know to give you some advice - and this info will be kept confidential, just between you and me. With your permission, I can pull in Helen, our Ecommerce Strategist, and Sam, who has a wealth of knowledge about best next steps for online shops.

  1. Gross yearly sales for your entire business/all channels.
  2. What the trend looks like for this year compared to last year. Increasing? Flat? Decreasing?
  3. What percentage of your revenue comes from your online shop?
  4. Your top traffic channels (email, search, paid ads, social).
  5. Your email list size.
  6. How many unique visitors you get to your shop (last 90 days).
  7. Your conversion rate for your online shop (last 90 days).
  8. How many sales you'd like to make from your shop (or other goals you have for 2026).

This won't be a huge in-depth analysis or report, but I will be able to give you a good idea of where it makes sense to invest next for your business. And please know that I will only recommend our services if I can see that the project is likely to pay for itself. For those earlier on the path, I may have some DIY tips for you. For others, I may recommend you focus on driving traffic, and I know some people who can help you with that.

I hope you'll check in with your stats overview list so I can take a look and point you in the right direction. I'm standing by!

A Shopify site for Nancy Takenaga Fine Art and Design.

Nancy Takenaga Fine Art and Design marks a bold second act for artist Nancy Takenaga, a new venture where her creativity takes center stage through print-on-demand artwork, framed pieces, and collections that reflect her evolving voice.

Nancy partnered with Aeolidia to bring this vision to life online, working closely to build a clean, intuitive Shopify site that could launch quickly while laying a strong foundation for future products. Our collaboration included product setup, print-on-demand integration, review functionality, and initial collections.

The result is a polished, welcoming storefront that lets Nancy’s art shine while making it simple for customers to browse, connect, and bring her work into their homes. We’re honored to support this next chapter and excited to support Nancy as her shop continues to grow.
