⚓️ What to do about the DMARC email sender warnings from Shopify & Klaviyo

Hi Reader,

You've likely been getting email warnings from Shopify or Klaviyo about new email sending requirements from Gmail and Yahoo ("authenticate and add a DMARC record to continue sending emails from your domain"). To make sure your email subscribers continue receiving your emails, you'll need to check your DNS settings.

Helen, the Ecommerce Strategist on our team, has put together a guide for you. She wants you to know that you can follow the minimum requirements, but unless you understand what SPF, DKIM, and DMARC do, you aren't protecting your domain at all. And they aren't too confusing once you know the role of each acronym.
